    Really great experience, right place for snorkeling. Clean place with welcoming and really good staff and fascinating view of the sea. Good location just off games at the morning afternoon, and the red sea. Also, close to the airport.

    We left the hotel after one night because the atmosphere was weird to say the least. We arrived at night and had a drink at the bar. We asked why there was nonone there except from a few young trouble makers. He told us there were a lot of people but all from Palestine and they go do bed after dinner he said. Go to breakfast at 7 because they will attack the breakfast buffet and the whole restaurant will look miserable... We were not in the mood for a very early breakfast and unfortunately the bartender was right. It did look miserable and very dirty... I had the impression the staff of the hotel was trying to cope with this invasion but for us one day was enough so we decided to leave and find another resort nearby...

    Basically, I liked the design and the location as well as the luxurious rooms and reception.

    I noticed that my friend was bothered by some of the restaurant workers who tend to take the empty dishes immediately after one finishes his last bite.

    The hotel has fine gardens, perfect for leisurely strolls. The infinity pool offers amazing views. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. Especially Mohamed Hegazy and Angie from the animation team. The dining options had a decent selection. I noticed some inconsistency in the quality of room service food this time. The pool area could use more seating for older guests. Our check-in process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was lively, primarily because of the fantastic animation team, who organized so many enjoyable activities. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. I felt that some staff members treated local guests with less warmth than foreigners, something to address.

    The hotel was wonderful and perfect, and the staff were really good, greatly enjoyed the marvellous location adjacent to Naama Bay, Soho Square, Genena City, Old Sharm and Hadaba as well as Spa❤️. Had a perfect meal in the restaurant.

    Friendly staff made us feel welcomed.

    The room was not ready upon arrival, frustrating after a long journey. We faced disappointing issues with the room itself, as we received a single bedroom instead of the queen size we had booked. The lack of explanations from the reception only added to our dissatisfaction.
